Since I finally finished painting my entire house the same color, I decided to paint fun stuff on the walls.
We spent last weekend in Indiana with my family. Not much to show for it other than some fun memories. I guess I could have taken pictures of the new Colts football stadium, but who cares about that? Not me. I cared about eating delicious Mexican food with friends from days gone by and showing Stella off to the great-grandparents and watching CSI: Miami till 2 a.m. Here's the best of:
If you're keeping tabs on just how small my daughter is, Stella has now fallen off the charts for height as well as weight. At 15 months, she's 17 pounds, 28 inches. And that's while on a high-calorie diet.
Stella gets dessert after dinner, so tonight she was eating a cookie. After finishing cookie #1, she wanted another one. Paige asked, "What do you want, Stella? Show me what you want." At this point, Stella usually does the sign for "more." Except tonight instead of signing, she opened up her mouth to show the chewed-up cookie--exactly what Stella wanted.
